So I ordered the dehydrator and it came fast let me tell you. Like 2 days it was here. I did standard shipping so I was super surprised. Mine must have been dropped or something bc the fan made some odd sounds and the product all in all seemed to not work properly bc of that. Never fear they sent me a replacement just as fast and it works flawlessly! Thank you Myco labs for your quick and quality customer service the product is phenomenal!!!

Ordered one as a gift, so I had the product for about a month before "gifting day" ,, upon delivering the gift We found the base to have been damaged during shipping, a large chunk was broken out, I noticed the box was a little crumpled but didn't hear anything rattling around, I contacted the seller with a pic on a Sunday, received a reply in less than 12 hours stating they would ship a new product immediately, it arrived with a little extra bubble wrap and all in tact !! I gave the original broken item a try the heater and fan still worked, just have to keep an eye on the temp and time with all the extra air it's drawing in but still worked just fine !

I really liked this. I read the instructions and only kept it on for about 12 hours at a time. Even with that limitation, it only lasted a few uses before it only blew cold air. I got a warranty replacement, but it did exactly the same thing. Unfortunately I cannot recommend.

It does what it's supposed to. Dries my shroomies. I set it at 140 and run it for around 6 hours. I haven't used it for anything else. Has lots of room and the trays are deep enough for larger specimens. If youve got some truly enormous >50g chonkers you'll probably need to slice them in half lengthwise though.Really the only downside is the lack of a timer.

UPDATE: Reached out to the seller and they sent me a replacement!!! I’m very happy because this is actually a great dehydrator!——I liked the size and trays of this unit. Unfortunately it stopped blowing warm air after the first use. Since it was purchased before I needed it, my 30 day return window is long closed.Now I’m shopping for a replacement and I don’t think I’ll buy this one again.

Works very well. Temperature can be adjusted up or down like description. Just turn knob up or down. Has plenty of room several trays and the tray at the top is taller than the others to allow for bigger mushrooms. The 30 to 90 gram mushrooms take about 24 hours to dry at 110f. Bigger ones than 100 grams do take a bit longer. Drying them like this also allows them to keep a nice pleasant appearance. When dried super fast they shrivel up way more
