When my 6 year old Southern Motion recliner developed a problem that I quickly discovered was a broken spring (that I found on the floor under the recliner) I went to the Southern motion web site and found that a replacement was available on Amazon. Being a frequent Amazon customer I was happy to see that. The spring is an exact replacement and at $8.00 seems like a good deal. It took me some time watching videos that didn't directly apply to my problem before I finally figured out where the spring goes and successfully installed it. I'm delighted that my recliner is back to normal in 3 days.
