I thought this would be a cute gift but honestly it was just too cheap so I just ended up keeping it for my daughter. The book is so small and just not very enticing. The paints came in this cheap plastic holder where it wasn’t even full of paint. It was a little on the dry side. I would not recommend this product it was too pricey for the quality. I feel like this is something you would get at the dollar store for like under 5 dollars.

This set was a nice distraction from screen time. The idea here is intuitive — you press on a sponge with a finger and then touch the book with it to leave a mark. Leave enough marks, and the picture is ready. You might need a clean sheet of paper to remove excess paint from the fingers, though. The paint easily washes off with soap, so kids can safely make a mess. Just don't forget to close it so it doesn't dry up.I don't think that this set will last for long, but it will be fun while it lasts.

I love this set with so many colors to choose from! Each color is separated with just a little bit of space so kids can easily get one color on their finger at a time. The book that comes with it is filled with tutorials on how to create certain animals and lots of blank pages for kids to fill up with their own little fingerprints. I could see it becoming a treasured keepsake of when they were little. I'm using it in my art classroom and there's plenty of ink to share among many 4K and 5K students. It washes off of hands VERY easily with just water; only a couple of colors are more stubborn and in that case, it comes off easily with soap and water.The kids absolutely LOVED this activity and begged for more time. I loved how easy it was to work with and clean up. HIGHLY recommend!

Clever idea, however the cover doesn’t fit snugly, which allowed the paint to dry up. We have to add water each time in order to use.
