Had a small oil leak under my car, bought this and laid under car and placed a couple bricks on corners, works perfectly!

Works good, will definitely stop oil from reaching the ground. Not sure if the slick side goes up or down (no instructions included). I do wish it was a bit larger.

Our old car leaks oil like crazy now. Yes it's time to get a replacement but until that happens, we need something to protect our garage floors. This oil mat is large enough that I was able to cut it in half and now have two mats that can go under both cars where they would leak oil. While this mat comes folded, a hot sunny day will be all it needs to get the folds out. Just lay it in the sun and the folds will easily lay flatter.I'm not sure how much oil this will hold, time will tell, but for now I'm much happier that our floor is protected. It will also help keep someone from walking in the oil and slipping. If they see a mat, they're more likely to avoid walking on it, hopefully!

This is a good non-slip mat that will keep oil off concrete/asphalt due to it's liquid tight bottom layer. It's think and light so it may not be the best choice outside (try one of the low plastick pans instead) but it's nice for in a garage.

"You're car leaks!"How do you kindly tell someone that every time they come over they leave drips of oil on the driveway?With some people you could tell them, but sometimes you just can't.We have a 'sensitive' person in our life and you can't say anything to them that's in any way negative.So instead, you solve it yourself.When we know 'that' person is coming over we can now have this mat out in the only parking spot left in the driveway so that they 'get' to park there.It feels pretty good quality.We've had some snow recently so we haven't put this out yet because of that, but we have our game plan now with the addition of this solution!
