I've been using these binders at work for a couple of months now. They hold up well and are not too heavy. I love how the cover is connected. It opens 360° so the cover AND the paper can both be folded back just like a spiral notebook (without creasing or folding the paper). I really wish they made a 1.5" size because the 1" feels too stuffed if you use document protector. That said, without the protectors you can actually fit quite a bit of paper in it. One of my binders had a ring that occassionally doesn't quite align properly, but when this happens, it shifts right back to a flush fit when I manually shift it. As others have said, it can be somewhat of a pain when trying to add new pages to a full notebook. HOWEVER, I think this is just the price you must pay for the 360° functionality. Even if you are constantly having to add pages, the fact that the cover and pages all fold back like a spiral notebok makes it worth the minor cost in terms of functionality. I would definitely buy these again.

These are exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a binder that functioned like a spiral notebook. This was the only one I could find like that. The price was a little steeper compared to regular D-ring binders, so I was on the fence, but I'm glad I broke down and spent the money. I do still think though, that the price could come down some. A traditional binder costs half of what this costs and while I love this binder, it's still A BINDER, just with an O-ring instead of a D-ring. Having said that, I do appreciate the design of this binder and its functionality. It serves my needs beautifully and I am happy despite me being spicy about the price.

I've been looking for something like this for a super long time and finally found it. Now I can fold back the binder cover like a regular spiral notebook and save space on my desk. Many years ago, I bought similar binders from a popular brand that used plastic rings instead. I gave them away because they were too cumbersome.It's not without its flaws, however. I wish the binder rings had more spring tension so the pages or the cover itself wouldn't slip outside the rings, which has happened a few times. I've also had to use those reinforcement labels for hole-punched paper, because the sheets tended to tear with constant binder folding, usually when lots of sheets were in there.The metal piece that contains the binder rings takes up some space, so you won't be able to fit as many sheets as you would with a regular binder. But for my purposes, I think it's worth the tradeoff. I'm very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend it.

I spent quite a lot of time finding something that was hard like a binder, but could lay flat. I wanted something that I could refill with loose graph paper (cheaper than buying numerous notebooks) and put my printed PDF books in while in college. For some reason though, it was surprisingly difficult to find anything. I stumbled upon these and I love them!! Quality is great, the rings are protected, and most importantly, these binders lay perfectly flat. They can also hold quite a bit of paper it seems, which is always appreciated. Definitely recommend and I’m sure I’ll be buying more down the line.

I like it a lot better than the name brand hybrid binder notebook, because the rings are metal and not plastic. Solid construction, attractive, cover bends back nicely without any feeling that I'm wearing it down. I love being able to put my own notebook paper in it so I don't constantly go through notebooks and then stop using them when I'm 90% done with the paper.

Perfect for high school classes.One binder for each class with room for notes, filler pages and dividers that were included.My family appreciate that the flexiblebinders are easier to carry in their backpack than hard covered version.Several colors available so a different color can be used for each class.
