This is such a cute little keyboard . I didnt think itll do everything it does. It comes with a little microphone that actually works. The buttons work too. Sound is loud

I wouldn't expect the sickest MIDI controller in the recording industry but it plays fine and it runs on USB so it can work in like a car or somewhere you just want to keep your kids busy. I wish it was USB-C other than micro USB but otherwise a decent sounding toy to get kids interested in music.

Great for the price. I’ve been learning to play piano and put this in a small bag and take it to work with me and we’ll practice reading music and playing the notes on this little keyboard. Doesn’t sound the greatest but for the price it’s what I would expect. I have a bigger keyboard at home but just wanted something small for practicing while away that can fit easily in a backpack. If you’re used to a regular keyboard, you have to get used to the smaller key size but with a little time it’s not that big of a deal especially if you’re not planning to use it for anything other than just tinkering on.

Hello there, nice to meet you! ;o)My hubby suggested that we get this electronic piano to help me with my music skills as an older learner. In addition, this music maker was portable so he could teach me wherever we go on the fly to make learning more fun. This piano was more accessible than the 'serious' guy piano that we own that was in storage.That said, I knew I had to keep my expectations low. Right out of the box, the microphone kept popping out of its storage space, and the piano felt really lightweight. With mixed feelings, we tested the sounds this piano made, and was surprised-- but not in a good way. The sounds were awkward, and nothing like the notes we expected. You see, prior to this purchase, my hubby bought me a colorful keyboard mini piano that... guess what? made better (digital) sounds in the right register! I'm sure you can imagine our surprise, and not to say, some dismay regarding this particular instrument. This portable keyboard isn't what I would feel comfortable playing at the moment.All is not lost, however. This piano does have lots of bells and whistles for a young child that may not mind the off-sounding notes, along with a variety of electronic sounds that mimic various instruments, the means of recording their performance and a lot more. For them, this would be the ultimate treat or gift for the upcoming holidays. We plan to give this portable piano to a young family member that would get more joy out of this.For me, my search must continue for a better sounding machine that can educate me better as I learn music. ;o)Give this affordable TWFRIC 37 Key Electronic Piano Keyboard for Beginners, Kids (Black) a try... This is a fun toy. My kids love it. Good sound quality. Keeps them entertained for a while. This would make a great gift as well.

Designed for small hands. Adult size fingers are too big for the keys. The sound is a little tinny, but it is perfect for a younger child - especially since you can turn the volume down. You can also record short songs and it will play it back. It does erase when you turn it off.Instead of batteries you can plug it in using a MINI-USB plug. I plugged it into a juice box so I didn't use the batteries.Overall, I am happy with this mini piano.
