It is the right tool for the job and works flawlessly. However after only 8 anchors the head is mushrooming. It will still work but is now a bit ugly with potential for metal splinters. Average but useful tool.

The tool works just fine to set drop-in(s) into concrete ceilings. The item was not as pictured. There is no knurling on the barrel of the tool.
