Everything about this electric ratchet is a plus except: the torque limit requires you to use either a breaker bar, torque wrench or other tool if the nut/bolt you are attempting to loosen/tighten is over this tools limit of 33ft#s. Having two batteries is a real plus but, getting a few metric sockets that come with the tool is a negative. There should be a Metric/SAE version so you don't end up with sockets you don't need.

I do a lot of DIY work on cars, so I purchased a Milwaukee M12 Fuel Cordless Ratchet many years ago and it has been an incredibly useful tool. But it is also fairly expensive and not something I want to keep in a toolbox that I keep in a vehicle or for a tool that I loan to a friend. So I was really excited to try out this electric ratchet and see how it compares. The design is very similar (in fact, so is the color scheme), and it works almost identically. It comes with two lithium-ion batteries and a basic charger. It also comes with 4 sockets (which, I don't know what the point of that is because they are not the most common sizes: 12, 13, 14, and 17 mm--if they wanted to be really helpful, they would have included four 10mm sockets of varying depths, but I digress). The ratchet has a nice weight to it and is seems to be of decent quality and durability. It easily removed all of the fasteners that I tested it on. Battery life is also very good as I have yet to deplete a single battery even after a month of regular use. So how does it compare to the Milwaukee... well, it is obvious that the Milwaukee is the superior tool. It is more polished, has a bit more power, and has stood up to years of use (and some abuse). The biggest difference, and my only complaint about this tool, is that the Milwaukee has a variable speed trigger whereas this tool's trigger is just on or off. That's a little disappointing, but definitely not a deal-breaker. This tool, on the other hand, is a little more than one-third the price, but is every bit as capable as the Milwaukee for everything that I use it for. Obviously, you don't break fasteners with this tool--neither do you do that with the Milwaukee (though I have--hence the part about "abuse"). That makes this a very useful tool to have if you're on a budget, and one that you won't worry too much about if you keep it in your truck or lend to that friend who seems to have trouble remembering to return your tools. All in all, this is a very good buy for the money.

This cordless ratchet is a nice addition to my toolkit. It's not as powerful or fast as an air ratchet, but it makes work a lot easier when I don't want to have to turn the compressor on or am working on something maybe out in the driveway that's Out Of Reach from my air hose. It charges fast and the battery lasts long enough to do a complete job. If you sockets that come with it are pretty useless, but

At the current price of around $35 with the 50% off coupon, it's a fair deal for a useful little tool. This Milwaukee knockoff works ok, could be better, but works as expected for a cheapie electric ratchet. Looks very similar to the real deal, even the red color almost matches perfectly. However, it doesn't perform the same, the ratchet speed is slow and torque is not great, as it has trouble breaking some (smaller) bolts free, so a hand ratchet must be used first to break it loose. It is still useful to have on hand to help spinning the bolts out after breaking loose, and saves a lot of time. The casing is all plastic but it seems fairly impact resistant, feels bulkier than the real ones, and considerably heavier. The kit includes a few sockets, a couple of batteries and the charger. Batteries charge up quickly and last quite awhile, though they fit tight in the tool, sometimes a little difficult to clip in or slide out.Good deal for a useful tool for occasional use, not sure how his would stand up to a daily beating though. Price was super cheap for an electric ratchet, hopefully it lasts a bit.

I didn't think I'd use this wrench as mush as I do. It is very handy and move the jobs along a touch faster. Its a good tool and after two months it's still operating perfectly. The batteries hold up reasonably long and charge back up in an hour or two.Really Good Value - Highly Recommended
