Follow the instructions closely, especially the part about exercising the item before putting it to actual use. My wrench would not "snap" when I first tried using it. I put a bolt into my vice and exercised it a few times until it finally clicked as it should and now works fine. Fit, feel and quality are pretty good for the price. It is a nice looking unit in a nice carrying case.

This was a great price and it worked just make sure that before you use it that you make sure to tighten up the handle on the base of the product and make sure it's that did not zero before you store it

Feels good quality used it a couple times. And checked with my more expensive name brand ones and it was accurate. Going to go in my truck box we will see how long it holds up. But so far so good for the money. The hard case it comes in is durable and well made as well. I would recommend this product.
