Great value. Much more length than bought at a hardware store.

The belts work great for my application that does not require a lot of torque. There packaging was awful. The belts were packaged in reverse of the natural curvature causing them to turn inside out when released. This required special tensioning on a rack I made to accomplish this task. I had to add heat to change the direction of the curvature, otherwise the belts were impossible to work with. This required way too much assembly time. Just packaging them correctly would have made this an awesome product.

Never used this style of belt before, but heard good things. It was relatively easy to adjust length. Not sure if the teeth go in or out, trying it with teeth inwards. Belt runs quiet for the minute that I tested it.

While it seems well made, it will not fit a 3/8 pulley. Despite being advertised for that. It's too thick and rides off the top of the pulleys, instead of sliding down in to groove.

I have used these belts before and they smooth out the vibrations of motor/pulley set ups significantly, thus my recent purchase. These belts, unfortunately, will NOT work on a contractor saw where the motor hangs at the rear of the saw (see photo) because the belt will not support the weight of the motor. Shortening the belt will not work because you cannot then roll it onto the pulley. I gave it three stars because it didn't happen to work on my application. That is no reflection on the quality of the belt. 5 stars for durability because I've used these in the past and they seem to last forever. 5 stars for ease of application because it was easy to set the desired length and install, again, it just didn't work for my application.Update: I went to YouTube and there were several posts of link belts on contractor saws that worked great, so I am modifying my remarks to reflect that the belt didn't work on my contractor saw, where the motor/mounting is a bit different than on a Delta or perhaps another brand(s). My saw is a General that is no longer made.

So we have an old belt for our exhaust in the roof, it broke and I can’t find the belt for it. I’m glad I got this as a replacement, works really well. It is a little tight but works great!

So positives first then negatives but it's worth buying if you need a belt of unknown or unorthodox size. Once together the belt itself will not fly apart. I am currently using it to drive a "mini-lathe" that connects to two v-groove pulleys powered by a 2hp three phase induction motor. It doesn't take long to work out how to add or remove links. I'd recommend it to anyone who needs a belt for any machine they cannot get an immediate replacement for and honestly its worth keeping in your toolbox for rainy days.So the things I do not like and some of these might be unavoidable with any belt. Disassembly is a pain mentally and physically if you do not use pliers. You have to twist two connectors and push them through slots and if your fingers have grease or especially if they are sore from misc work it's the last thing I want to do. However, that also adds to it's strength as it does not come apart easily and if you use needle nose pliers it's really not too bad. My biggest complaint is the belt needs to break in so to speak. I've removed links over a weeks period due to the slight elasticity of the he material. Again, that's a two way street because while it's a pain to adjust I also want some stretch to account for margins of error. The price seems a bit high but I'd probably buy it again if I needed to. All in all it's worth it.

These belts work well for my band saw, no problems at all. Didn't work well for my vintage craftsman table saw that uses the weight of the motor for belt tension.

I changed from a regular belt to this segmented belt and tested vibration before and after. There is an improvement. I hope it lasts.

I replaced my broken rubber belt with this and is absolutely perfect! I use it for my laminator and works so well. Grips great and will last for the life of the machine. Much much better than the old welded rubber belt. Highly recommended.
