USE STEPS

Drill a hole in the substrate to the required depth.

Remove debris and particles left with a hand pump.

Perhaps I am being too generous in this review's title. These simply are the cheapest designed piece of junk I have ever wasted money on buying. They managed to screw up, what should be an easy design , as they neglected in address the collar from rising up with the "bell" at the bottom of the bolt. It would have been so simple to push part of the collar out, like a leg, so the collar could be driven down and not easily lift right out again.
