These have held up well. We used them to attach a table top and legs. They were easy to install, none of them stripped out, and they work as we had hoped.

These are a good product. I searched Home Depot for something similar and they had nothing that I found. I used these to mount a small table saw and a table vise to my new rolling workbench that has 3/4" butcher block top. The inserts were easy to installed and screwed in perfect and look really nice. Now if I remove that equipment from the workbench I will be happy with the holes I put in the block top because they look great on their own.

I used these to attach a tabletop on a coffee table and they worked flawlessly. Will certainly buy other sizes from this company when needed.

I installed in pressure treated 2x4 , pre drilled with 1/2†brad point drill bit using a 90deg.guide fastner went in firmly ( no instructions or suggestions provided by supplier) worked very well. Reasonably priced.

These inserts work fine, but, yor may have to ream the insert hole before inserting them in end grain of 3/4th inch hardwood to prevent splitting.

Like: fit and finish are great. Can be installed with a hex key or a 5/16-18 bolt. If drilling completely through a board, it can be installed from the back to eliminate collar visibility. You can also use a 1/2†forstner bit to countersink the collar and set the insert flush with the adjacent surface.Dislike: no information included. Trial and error required to determine required drill bit sizes. For 5/16†insert, use a 7/16†drill bit. Vacuum the hole before insertion or the bottom of the hole might blow out from compacted sawdust.

They work great. Two tips. (1) Cut the hex key so that you can slip one end into a drill for faster installation. (2) Coat the threads with epoxy to prevent any potential loosening.
