These were just fine until the covered pipe end bumped into the wall. Instead of protecting the wall from the sharp edge of the metal pipe, the plug (which was the correct size) simply got pushed inside. The rim meant to cover the pipe's end isn't strong at all. Cannot recommend.

These caps are well-made and work well. They are made of hard plastic. I used these on my hammock stand's legs. They were a tight fit and required striking with a rubber mallet.

These plastic plugs seem to be well-made and robust plastic plugs that fit well in the end of tubing. These plastic plugs worked perfectly to replace the worn out plastic plugs in the end of a set of table legs.
