Screw Cap With Hole For One Gallon Jug , I have use this on my 1/2 gallon glass bottle ,its tight but on my one gallon glass bottle its a little small, the product is good, when you find the correct bottle or jug for it.

Honestly for what you pay for these they should be at least slightly more durable. I bought three of these caps and couldn't even finish fermenting out three one gallon batches without breaking two of them. Both split when I racked from primary to secondary so they were screwed on a total of two times. Like the other customer reviews say they split really easily and let air in. Complete and total junk I should of just stuck with corks.

It's a gallon jug screw cap, what more is there to say? I bought this for a glass carboy, fits perfectly. Seems pretty solid

This product does fit the 1 gallon bottle however the plastic cracked allowing air to enter into the batch I had going. I dont know if I pushed the air lock in too far or if the pressure built up but it split the plastic from the middle all the way out. Unfortunately I did not realize this for a couple of weeks because it still bubbled at first while the fermantation was vigerous but as it started to calm down a bit air was also escaping from the crack so the bubbling slowed down tremendously. I had to order some rubber stoppers and by then about week and a half had passed. Fortunately this was only one gallon and I still completed the wine but you could tell the difference in the taste from the other gallons I did. I was not bad but flavor was lost. I have not used them since.

This cap saved my family from a flood in Thailand, cured an outbreak of Ebola and scored perfect on its SATs.Well at least you'd hope it would considering it's a single cap that arrives after you pay 6.99 thinking "surely the price must be for at least 3" but when you receive that single seven dollar plastic caps you'll abandon your family and put all hope for the future in this single cap because obviously it's a very important 38mm piece of plastic with a hole in the middle of it.
