Over the years my flexibility has gotten really bad , i needed to do something about it!! I got this to help do so , however when i opened the box and put it together, i noticed the span between the legs was huge!!! NO WAY i could of spread that far (clearly designed for someone that can already stretch pretty far! and even if i could , i couldnt reach the handle!! I was about to return it ,when i remembered an old cane in my closet!! It fit perfect , which increased the handle length 12 inches! And i added a couple holes on each spreader to shorten it alot more! Was able to shorten each leg 8 inches , then added a bit of pool noodle for added comfort, and TA DA !! now its something that someone with NO flexibilty can use!!

I was looking for something to give me a stretch, and I am a flexible woman. I thought for something under constant tension while being used that they would use something other than cheep tube. Goodness I was wrong! The tubes held up ok for the first use. Second use I tried with the belt as pictured in the advertisement, and you know what happened? The handle tore almost completely off. Zero penetration on the "welds" if they can so be called. Broke, on the second use and I wasn't even applying force. Bottom line, stay away.
