Update: Customer service reached out to address my concerns immediately. I'm amazed by the attentiveness and also attention to detail by customer service. Updating my review feeling great about choosing JoySpot as a company to buy from. Wish every company was willing to address concerns so quick and effectively.PROS: love the elastic bands instead of springsgreat folding design, honestly it's a good over all design with couple exceptions. The mat that fits over it fits well and looks nice. There aren't any sharp edges or angles.CONS: One of the legs was detached upon arrival, the chord had snapped. I was able to pull the chord out and retie it in two places, but it will likely not hold long and will need to be replaced. The bar can really only be adjusted a small amount, from about 27.5-31 inches FROM THE GROUND, which means it's quite short from the surface of the trampoline(22inches at the tallest height). It does give the height in the product profile, so this is more on me. I just didn't picture it correctly when measuring it out before either came, so I feel it's worth pointing out. My two year old is maybe about the right height, maybe even a little too tall, esp as he jumps. But my five year old can't use the bar at all. To be fair, they are both quite tall. The feet are nice but the trampoline isn't the most steady. It's understandable since the legs can be folded, so they just slide into place but aren't 100% snug. I think a rubber ring around where the leg fits in might help. It moves quite a bit with just my two year old jumping on it, and it seems like it might tip or fall forward, esp when the bar is used. It would probably help if the bar had a wider base but idk. That being said, it hasn't toppled or anything bad yet.Lastly, not a con but worth a mention, the parts included seem to have been adjusted or upgraded. The pin that goes into the folding legs looks quite different with a spring on it, and there are washers and bolt caps that aren't shown in the directions nor video. Good parts though.

Poor quality item. The legs are made of plastic and within a day of opening on Christmas, one of the legs caved in after my 7 year old son jumped on his new trampoline. We returned it for a replacement thinking it was maybe a bad batch. The next trampoline had the same issue with the legs caving in. My child is 70 pounds and the maximum weight is 150lbs. The second trampoline lasted for about a week. Cheaply made. Returned both.

It’s nearly impossible to fold! But thankfully small enough to put to the side and it’s still out of the way. My kids love it though! I was worried about the collapsible legs, but it has not fallen while my children jump on it.

My grandson loves this trampoline. On rainy, or cold days, it has been great for him to be able to jump on it and burn up some of that 3 year old energy!!

I'm so disappointed with this trampoline. It was a birthday gift for our daughter, who's birthday was not what we expected after the Eaton fire turned our lives upside down. After waiting for over an hr at the post office to get the thing, since obviously it couldn't be delivered to our house, we went straight to our airbnb to put it together and my daughter was beyond excited. She absolutely loved it and jumped on it non-stop. It was easy to put together and seemed to be good quality. Unfortunately after less than a week the two legs that the handle bar were attached too broke while my 25lb 4year old was jumping on it.Maybe we got a faulty one, but I can't recommend this item.
