Perfect for my smoker! Smoked frozen drums for a gathering and it is great. Meat cooked evenly and cut down on times of opening lid to rotate the drums. Clean up was easy and it folds up storage. Can't to use it again.

I bought this for my husband for a birthday gift. He loves the concept and it definitely worked well to smoke a whole chicken on the Traeger. Did what it’s intended to do! The only thing is that it’s a bit hard to clean, but I have no idea how to help that given the nature of the product.

I liked the ability to cook three meals at once and have the heat flowing through the grill to cook the meats perfectly. Saved me a few hours grilling them and being able to enjoy the food with my friends.

This product is OK at best. It works well for chicken legs, but less so for ribs. It isn’t sturdy enough to hold up spare ribs, and the grates are too narrow for the St Louis and Baby ack ribs that are particularly thick & curvy.

Just got a camp chef pellet smoker and bought this rack that I used today to smoke 6 full racks of rib. Worked as it’s supposed to though I did have to use shiskabob spears to keep the ribs from touching.

This rack was pretty simple to setup and use. I've used it twice on my kamado with all leg slots filled, and I had no problem the sturdiness. Every piece came out evenly smoked and I didn't have to worry about turning or moving them.The only downside I found is that the rib holders were barely tall/wide enough to keep my single full rack of baby backs from flopping all over the place. Maybe cutting the rack in half would help with baby backs, but I'm not sure how multiple spare rib racks will hold up. All in all it was still a good purchase since I tend to cook chicken more often than ribs, and it works perfectly for that.

Very smartly built you can do a whole chicken and 12 legs or wings at one time . stainless I like to it’s not a wimpy item very sturdy and strength where you need it. And also collapses for latter use .I might buy another one latter I have a large barbecue smoker I’ll wait a bit after I use it a few more times.
