This review is for the Dtouayz 3L Brake Bleeder Kit One Man Brake Bleeder Vacuum Pump Kit. 01/25 For the cost, this is a nice piece of equipment. It is obviously made for vehicles that were made within the past 20 years, or so. Why do I say that? Well, there are no adapters that would fit older model master cylinders that had large screw on caps, or older style master cylinders that had clamped down caps such as those found on older GM vehicles. Once again I will point out that this tool, even though seems well made, was most likely never intended for commercial use. Please do not buy this tool if you intend on using it in a commercial environment, and then come back and bad mouth it if it fails in short order. This tool should last the average DIY user for a very long time.

I bought this back in November of 2024 in anticipation to use it to flush brake fluid on our vehicles. I finally got around to doing one and i set everything uo as instructed and as soon as I added pressure brake fluid sprayed everywhere. After releasing pressure and locking things over i find theres no o rings on any of the caps. Now its too late to return.

This is a great tool. I have a Volkswagen van and was able to purge the old fluid with new by myself and it works great holds pressure and was very easy to use. Just remember to release the pressure before you disconnect from the reservoir.

Good product. Quality components. I used it on my 2006 Jeep and it worked good up to 10 psi. I tried to pressurize to 20 psi and the master cylinder adapter cap broke and spewed braked fluid all over. Ended up returning it but I will buy another and just run lower pressure.

First the positive: Extremely innovative and well built. I can't wait to see how well it performs once I can complete a few overlooked tweaks. Now the negative. As delivered, the unit cannot pump up the pressure in the main bottle due to leakage. 1.) The two larger cap adapters DO NOT come with a flat circular gasket to insure it seals on the lip of the brake fluid reservoir inlet. This results in there being too much vertical play (1/16-inch) in the cap when screwed on to form a tight seal. SOLUTION: A reservoir cap gasket has to be purchased from the auto parts store. Then the center pf the gasket must be carefully cut away with an Xacto knife leaving only the outer flat ring of the gasket for use in the adapter cap. 2.) Only one of the smaller cap adapters comes with a flat circular gasket. 3.) The center assembly (having a nose fitted with an o-ring for sealing and the male quick connect fitting for the pump) of the two large sized adapter caps can be easily rotated by hand and this sub-part is held in place on the adapter caps with a snap ring. If it can rotate, and can be wiggled in place, so it leaks air. The o-ring alone will NOT seal against the inside mouth of the reservoir inlet nozzle. I even tried installing a slightly thicker o-ring. SOLUTION: Remove the snap ring so the center sub-assembly may be removed. Use a small amount of PE bonding cement to bond the center sub-assembly to the cap. Make sure just enough cement is used to form a seal between the center sub-assembly body to the thru-hole in the adapter cap. Immediately reinstall the snap ring onto the center sub-assembly at the face of the adapter cap. 4.) I was finally able to see pressure appear on the bottle gauge, but it would NOT hold. Solution: apply a super the coating of silicone grease to the face of the flat ring gasket under the cap and to the o-ring on the center sub-assembly hub. The do the same for the top edge of the brake fluid reservoir fill nozzle and the inside top portion of the brake fluid reservoir fill nozzle. 5.) 100% SUCCESS. It now functions and will maintain pressure.

The fittings are absolute garbage, Very poor quality. Only imagine if you trying to flush your brakes, but you end up adding water to your brake system or the debris that is from the plastic. Better off to put the extra a few bucks and buy made in America
