The product is great to use for edge protection. I have found it berst to use on kitchen cabinet door on the top and open door edges to protect from water, dirt and oil which, over time, will degrade your cabinet's finish, especially the under sink doors where trash and recyclable containers lie.Same application for bath cabinet door edges.

The tape is great, but as others mentioned, the edges are not cut clean which makes it not as seamless when you apply.I'm also skeptical that I got 96" as I ordered. Can't say for sure because I didn't measure, but I went through the full roll just covering bag/mount spots on my bicycle. But maybe I just used a lot!

This is great protection for cycling frames, especially areas that can get a lot of wear. I used it on the downtube and where the fender touches the frame. If you mess up placing the tape, just use a hairdryer to heat it up and remove it.

Poorly cut tape edges, its unusable for me. Ragged cut edges on both sides of roll of 3M Clear Paint Surface Protection Vinyl Wrap 2 Inch Wide Tape Roll (2 Inch x 96 Inch) X001G3WI2T. I should of read other peoples reviews before I bought this. This is a known poor quality issue with a fake picture of a roll on the amazon product page.Update. 02/18/25 returned the inferior VViViD $17 product (192 Sg In.) and purchased X-PEL 6" x 84" roll (504 Sg In.) for $24. It's easy to cut and application with slip and tack solution was straight forward.

As others noted the edges are not clean and have little bits hanging off of them. I put it on the bottom side of my bikes down tube so I wasn’t that concerned. If trying to cover something that is more visible I would looks elsewhere.

I love this product. I use it on the front of my car to prevent chips and it’s easy to apply and does the job. Worth every penny.

Para comenzar la cinta es demasiado delgada, dudo que proteja de un golpe pero lo peor es que los bordes estan mal terminados de tal manera que al colocarla en un auto negro se ven perfectamente las irregularidades (a la izquierda en la foto). Lo esperarÃa de una marca asiática desconocida y de muy bajo precio pero para tener la marca 3M impresa fue una total decepción.

Great for bike chain stays and other frame rub points, like under bag straps. Easy to cut and apply. Has stayed on and worked fine for a month so far.

As other stated, the product wasn't cut well and its edges aren't clean. Can be cut clean with scissors.Is the 3M stuff and sticks well, as expected.
