3M Concrete Repair Self Leveling is a fast-curing polyurethane adhesive designed to repair cracks, spalls and breaks in concrete floors and horizontal concrete surfaces. Self-leveling repair material applies with a common caulk gun and flows freely into horizontal repair areas. It hardens in as little as five minutes and allows for sanding and refinement in 15 minutes, eliminating downtime.

The versatility of the 3M Scotch-Weld Concrete Repair 600 repair system makes it ideal for repairing cracks and spalls in concrete and masonry, pool decks and patios, custom tapping of bolts and screws into a variety of substrates, and setting anchors in horizontal surfaces. The two-part adhesive bonds through a chemical reaction that cures to any depth without cracking. And once mixed our formula resists weathering, expansion and contraction. This product is gray in color, and may also be sanded to eliminate rough edges, for refinement, or to provide a smoother finish.

3M Scotch-Weld Concrete Repair 600 is a two-part component system. The Duo-Pak cartridge keeps the two components separate until ready for mixing to maximize working time. With the squeeze of a trigger the components are automatically mixed with our innovative mixing nozzle and easily dispensed precisely where needed without an unwanted mess. The bubble-free liquid begins curing immediately while also self-leveling to create a tough, non-brittle bond. The fast curing adhesive formula provides a one minute work life.
What Are Urethane Adhesives?
Two part urethane adhesives cure chemically, rather than relying on moisture from the air. Because of this, they can cure quickly with no depth of cure issues in contrast to one-part urethane adhesive sealants. Urethane adhesives will bond most common materials such as wood, metals, rubbers, cured epoxy, leather, tile and glass, many plastics, concrete and more. The versatility of urethane adhesives is exhibited in the different formulations that have varying cured properties such as different levels of stiffness and flexibility, open time and cure speed, and hardness. They can cure to a relatively rigid or flexible state to meet a wide range of requirements. In either finished state, urethane adhesives will maintain bond strength integrity through variable environmental factors such as temperature, moisture and chemical exposure.

Was easy to apply and worked as promised. I have patched a hole in my sidewalk multiple time just to have it break out after a few week. This product is holding strong. Not very much in the tube had to get a second to fill a hole 2in deep at the deepest and 4in across.

I have used this product before, and was okay with it. It is NOT self leveling to the extent that would be acceptable, and it is very difficult to work after it is applied. It sets up FAST. On the other hand, 3M Concrete Repair is very strong, and holds well. I will probably use something else next time.

We use all the time to patch concrete cracks. Lasts pretty much for ever. Great product. We have used for 10 plus years. Use to come in smaller applicator but these are good. Just need to do more and plan out. It does dry fast. And I do mean fast.

Take an 8 oz cup, look at it, if you think that's all you need, good to go. Stuff sets up super fast, super hard. My only issue was I didn't have enough to fill the void. Oh well, it's water tight. Crazy price. I think I'll try regular epoxy you mix, as the convenience and beauty of this stuff is hard to swallow when you look at the cost.

So I had a job that needed to be filled this product seemed to fit the bill but when they set it sets in 5 min it sets fast too fast. If you don’t have forearms of steel you will run out of juice before you get it all out and the tube is deceiving it will only pump half way I cut the tube open and there is only a 3rd in the tube to start.
