This is a must have for any body shop or any garage project. It is easy to assemble and holds almost anything and makes it easier to work on about any project.

I had to find different washers to use to make the springs work right. I also had to come up with cotter pins to secure the locking pins. Not what I expected since I have used these stands for 25 years, but still a robust,awesome stand. Best versital stand out there.

I did not buy mine off Amazon. I bought 2 of them, used over 20 years ago from a painter who was leaving the biz. Both are still going strong, and get used daily (as you can see in the photos). I'm still finding new ways to use them all these years later.They are a little heavy, but, these 2 might still be in use when I'm no longer painting.
