Your cart is empty.3M PPS 2. 0 Refill Kit keeps you stocked for using the PPS 2. 0 spray gun system, our all-in-one solution for measuring, mixing, filtering and spraying paint materials. Our latest and greatest PPS system features improvements like a quarter-turn locking collar with each lid, domed lid design for better spray performance, wider lid fluid spout and redesigned adapter for a more stable lid-to-gun connection. Each lid strains paint material with a built-in 200-micron filter, commonly used for solvent-based paint materials. Each paint cup (not included) has convenient printed-on universal mix ratios for accurate mixing and a clear access window for easy visibility. Unlike conventional aluminum or other metal paint cup systems, with PPS you don’t have to mix paint in extra cups and filter it into a paint reservoir, so you waste less paint. And with a fresh lid and liner for each mix, there’s less risk of outside contamination. By using this system, you can increase productivity in prep and cleanup time by as much as 50% and use up to 70% less cleaning solvent vs. conventional paint cup systems. Specially designed PPS stainless steel metal adapters let you use the PPS 2. 0 system with virtually any spray gun. Kit contains 16 sealing plugs, 12 disposable liners and 12 disposable lids with locking collar and 200-micron filter.

I have at least 4 spray guns. The 3m system makes them all obsolete. Easy to mix or thin with the graduations on the cup. No need to strain because the filter is built in. Select the best orifice size for the material you are spraying and the air pressure/volume/fan width controls make it easy to get great results. Throw away the cup liner and spray nozzle and there is virtually no cleanup. The cost of the consumables is offset by the time savings and having to flush thinner through to clean the gun. Great spray gun!

Guns lightweight use half air pressure of other high volume low pressure guns you can spray it upside down because of the way the cup is made

Really like this product for my Fuji Hvlp system for painting my wood projects. Makes cleaning easier, like the built in filter in the cap. This is my second purchase now and will continue in the future.

If you use a 3M system then these are a must item. Obviously they are a disposable item and to have extra is essential for anyone using this paint system. I have reordered many times and never had an issue.

Nice to have disposable cups that work as advertised. Price wise I wish they were a little cheaper but isn’t that always the case.
