I love these. Very high quality, works very well. A little bit larger than you might think due to their rugged construction. Think about the size of a penny in how much space they use.

these are fine, but my application was outdoor lighting. connectors didn't penetrate the wire adequately. I couldn't use them for the intended application. they'll be OK on thinner wire

I use these suitcase connectors to tap off my main power bus for model railroad layouts. They work great for 14-16 gauge wires carrying 0-20VAC for Lionel trains and for 14V DCC on HO layouts.

I once received a boost gauge for my VW Passat that had a few of these babies for the electrical connection, and I can tell you it was much easier to install the wiring by using these.I am the DIY type and when I went ahead and purchased a I knew I had to use these to install the cables to the .It made things much easier, and managed to get all the cables together in less than 25 minutes.Do yourself a favor and get these, for a little over 10 dollars, you get 100!

These work pretty good but sometimes the flap the folds over the top doesn't latch and you need to start over with a new one. They make splices and connections nice and easy.
