In our area we have a county cat project, where the community kind of takes care of the strays collectively. As such we have a lot of friends coming in and out, hunting and hanging out on our property. Given the condition of a lot of such cats, it's not the most prudent to have a shared/common litter situation for when they decide they're going to sublet with us for awhile. Most recently we had one girl who needed a place to recover who opted to live in our garage, so we picked her up her own heated house, got her dedicated dishes, and a litter situation so she didn't have to go out and risk conflict with the other cats if she didn't feel up to it.These were absolutely perfect for the job. They deploy quickly, have a good size. The cardboard is strong and really durable, and the waterproof coating really prevents mess from escaping into other areas. I love that the unused boxes store flat and neatly, making it easy to keep them where we need them for quick changes. Glad environmentally that they're biodegradable, using disposable in this context makes me feel a lot better about overall waste, while letting us keep sanitary options for any future guests. Love these, absolutely invaluable for cat suckers like us.

These disposable litter boxes are made of solid, thick, cardboard. They're very sturdy. Good choice for a disposable box for travel. One can add a litter liner but its not really necessary. These boxes are definitely worth the cost.

These litter boxes are on the small size. They would be a good fit for kittens and smaller adults, but my 18-lb guy is too big to function comfortably in them. For the smaller cats, they would probably work okay as a regular litter box, if replaced very frequently. Otherwise, they seem like a good option to have on hand for emergencies. Four stars.

These disposal ones came in real handy for my cats’ long drives. I must warn that the cats still dig some of their sand out with their feet and spread it around a bit… but I doubt any other product could have done any better or provided the same level of convenience!

This product is great for moving, vacations, evacuations, etc. There are probably more scenarios that these litter boxes work for that I haven't even thought up yet. The boxes are not large, so even though I have a big cat, I think they will work in a pinch. Obviously would only be good for the short term for a larger cat, such as staying overnight in a hotel during a move. I am not the most technically abled person, and I was able to put these together rather quickly. They seem sturdy, and the cardboard thick enough. There is a fill line on the inside to indicate how far to fill the litter. I personally feel that the fill line does not give enough litter, so I will be adding more. A nice option for temporary situations.

Cats don't care if you're moving. These gave me a three day reprieve from having to unpack the litter box and get it set up when trying to do a move. Will get more if I ever do that again.

So I got these to use with my kittens while they had a bout of giardia when I first brought them home. I was changing the litter box every day during treatment and I got these to use.These are thick and work well as far as durability goes. The only issue is that the handles on the sides stick out and my kittens thought it was just a box to play with. So they tended to play with it more than I would've liked -- especially while we were trying to keep everything extra clean during giardia treatment.Still, overall they work well and I love that they collapse which would make them great for traveling with cats.
