These things get way hotter than 96 degrees and the day I got them they fell apart I'm surprised they didn't melt themselves together by how hot they are

If I wasn’t extremely familiar with how these are made, I’d probably be furious. But I have to take some responsibility knowing that I did pull the heater out by the cable vs grabbing the pink top (which can sort of “pop†inside toys making it difficult).So, I make these and built heating into various projects and know that this model doesn’t have any thermostat built in. If you give it too much voltage it’ll get extremely hot. And USB chargers are not all that consistent - definitely not consistent enough to walk away with this plugged in. Normally you say that at 5v this would max out at something like 110F or something. But cheap chargers can have strong fluctuations and I honk I must have pinched the cable at the top by pulling on the cable.So, minus one star for starting a fire but for 3 of these heaters it’s still a good deal.

I got 3 in a pack and all 3 the cord melted In 1 min. If I wasn't there watching them it would have started a fire

Ordered 3 only 2 worked when they arrived, they get warm quickly but the plug itself gets very hot if left on for longer than 20 mins. Would not purchase again

Great thing that there is three of them because they'll all break after the first use. Also they hardly work the one time since the heating element is only in one spot on the rod, so it doesn't disperse heat throughout whatsoever.
