Good, stiff leather. Metal center gromet. Works perfectly. Since the leather part is usually the first thing to tear on these types of wrist sling, this is better than having to buy an entire new wrist sling. Great price for a 3 Pack of these leather pieces. Yeah, they're made in China.....
