If you work in the shop, you know exactly which clamps I'm talking about. This makes moving them so incredibly easy I don't even hate those clamps anymore

I used the clamp with the extension on it to loosen a hose clamp buried deep in my engine bay. Worked like a charm first try. Well built, despite being inexpensive.

I purchased the product to remove some stubborn and hard to reach hose clamps for the radiator. The package came with 3 different types of pliers which were very helpful especially in the tight spots at the bottom. They worked very well and I'm satisfied with my purchase.Michael C.

They work but feel flimsy.

After having received a set of these for myself as a gift, I now have purchased these for other family members as well. We all have dealt with the constant pressure hose clamps and these pliers make it super easy to get those clamps unsecured without slipping off your average pair of pliers to pinch your fingers.

I'm working with some 5/8" coolant hoses which are in difficult to reach locations. These tools are too large and don't compress the 5/8" clamps tight enough to scoot them over the "hump." They were marginally helpful for this job. But I ended up grabbing the needle nose pliers when I started getting frustrated.I'd recommend these tools for use with large diameter clamps.UPDATE: I'm adding some images to help highlight why these are not working for my smaller clamps. On the bench, you can see the jaw do close up pretty tight. Plus I put some WD40 through the cable sheath which helps a lot with the friction and binding. But in practice, the carriage tray of the clamp interferes with the clip lever travel. Furthermore, these weird Toyota clamps have an additional barb which can interfere if you don't align the clamp half way to the side. Sheesh.

These work fine for removing most clamps. I couldn’t see spending 5-10 times the price for high end name brands for something like this.So far so good, and no issues. Made decent.

Broke, the first time I tired to use the cabled tool. The metal stop on the end of the cable came off, the tool is useless. The metal cable end is attached with a special crimping tool, that I don't have.
