I was impressed by its excellent performance the first time I used it. When baking cookies, the heat was particularly even, and each cookie was baked just right. There was no situation where some parts were burnt and some parts were not yet cooked. The baked cookies were golden in color, crispy in taste, and fragrant! When baking chicken wings, it is easy to achieve the effect of crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The grease on the surface of the chicken wings sizzled under high temperature, and the oozing oil would not penetrate into the baking tray. It is also super easy to clean up. Just wipe it gently with a damp cloth and rinse it with clean water, and the baking tray will be as bright as new without any stains left.

This roasting pan is everything you want in a cooking vessel-It's not too heavy, it cooks evenly, and the food looks and tastes great. My only complaint is that there is no domed top like most old-school roasting pans have. That type of cover ensures a moist and tasty bird. However, everyone said my turkey was delicious, so I'll keep my gripes to a minimum!

A) no way would an 8 Lb turkey fit in it. Maybe 3 Rock Cornish Gain Hens would.B) I returned it un used.C) I bought a stainless steel roaster which lived up to it description.D) I was delivered another of the 1st roaster too small of the porcelain roaster again.E) Pay attention to what you are to be doing. Correct your errors.

I got a "medium" sized turkey, 15 pounds, and there was no way on God's Green Earth that bird was going to fit into this pan, so I feel calling it "medium" is being generous. This is a small pan made for small birds. Could probably do a chicken or a roast but that's about it.Quality of the pan is nice, and the lid fits just fine, so the construction isn't the issue...it's just that it's not big enough for normal use. Does it work? Sure...as long as you're not making anything big!
