The gasket fit the light housing for my 2011 Nissan Titan perfectly. It is definitely thicker than the OEM gasket, but I had no problem reinstalling the housing. The hardest part of the job was removing the old gasket from the housing so the new gasket could be mounted properly. No more leak!

This replacement gasket fixed the leak I had coming through the 3rd brake light assembly. Easy to install and worked great.

Like everyone else did say, it doesn't run a bit thick. Hopefully it doesn’t make wind noise. I have not tested it out yet but I’ll update this on a later date after use.I unscrew the lights and cleaned the old gunk off to the best of what I can. I didn’t use rubbing alcohol, I just used a cleaning rag. Stuck the adhesive side to the light fixture and snug the 8mm bolt. Be sure not to over tighten bc this new gasket runs a bit thickIf the creator is reading, make this a little thinner would be great!

This gasket is thicker and makes a better seal than the original.

Yes, this is a bit thick as others mentioned in their review. Take your time to scrape out the old seal, clean with alcohol, let it dry before applying the seal. I applied the sticky side onto the car directly, not the light housing. I made some small adjustment before applying full pressure (pressed hard on it thoroughly). Reinstall the light housing as instructed. The light housing does stick out and not flush as originally would. The instruction indicates silicone as optional but not necessary. So, I went with no silicone. Took the truck out to a car wash, no leakage. Now got to wait for mother nature to unleash a major storm to see how it hold up. I also replaced the light bulbs with three LED during this time. I think it is a better way to go (keeping the original light housing) if you want to upgrade to LED than to buy the whole new LED housing and risk connectors do not work.
