This was a great solution for me. It held 8 racks of ribs on a cookie sheet for overnight dry brining. I loved the strength of the material and it held up well as I transported back and forth from the different locations in the home to the fridge to the grill.

I bought these to use to make beef jerky in the convection oven, worked perfectly. I added a single 1/2 sheetpan sized rack I already had underneath this set. Put parchment paper on the racks so there was virtually no clean up. Plan to order another as you can see a second stack will fit inside the oven. I used only the bottom rack when making the jerky and there was plenty of height for the rack trio sitting on my existing cooling rack.

I like these. Sturdy, lots of area, they stand alone and no sharp bits. These, like the descriptions shows can be used for not just cooling bake goods. Fyi, the legs are fixed on all three racks, which I wanted as I don't do well with collapsible legs on things. Definitely strong enough to cool a chicken on. I recommend.

Very good cooling racks, seem like good quality stainless steel which I hope will not rust as cheaper so-called ‘stainless’ ones do. These are strongly made and I think it’s an advantage that the legs do not fold. Previous folding ones I have used were too easy to collapse by accident, with cupcakes ending up on the table or worse, the floor! Also these stack, so they don’t take up much more room than a set of three folding ones would. The smallest one holds 12 muffins with room to spare.

endlich fallen auch Zimtsterne und Kipferl nicht mehr durch die Roste. Man kann die Gitter zwar nicht einklappen, aber sie passen gut ineinander, sind stabil und leicht zu verstauen.
