Despite the paint quality issues I want to start off by saying I really like this cart. For the price you pay you're getting a sturdier, larger, and smoother moving cart than ones 3x the cost. Just don't expect perfect paint on the metal support poles. And all the parts fit VERY snug. Once it's together you're not taking it apart. Part of the reason it's so sturdy. I picked this out for an elderly friend to use at her house by her chair so she could have easy access to her purse, diary, magazines, ect. She's used it for over a year now and she's very hard on things but it still looks new. So this week I bought myself one to keep my cleaning products in as I move from room to room cleaning in my house.Selling features for me are:How sturdy it is with the combo of metal and plastic.The nice creamy color. It doesn't clash in my house.Easy rolling. Extremely important when you're going to be moving it a lot on various flooring types.The size. Compared to others on the market in a similar size it is just a bit larger and the shelves have higher sides so stuff won't tip out.Included storage that hangs off the side. Perfect for cleaning tools, pens and pencils, rolled up cleaning clothes... and the included dividers means small items stay upright.It's important to know...1. Once you insert pieces you'll want to not try and take them back apart. They are VERY tight.2. If you have small hands, hand weakness, arthritis, ect. Let someone else put it together. At points you will have to push and wiggle and use your palm to pound things in. I have EDS and didn't wear my splints and now my hands hurt. A friend put the first one together so I didn't know till I got my own this week.3. Take your time, if the holes aren't lining up give the pole a wiggle and push at the same time.4. The suppourt posts set into each other on the middle shelf. I didn't realize this at first and the instructions do not make it clear. But one post will slid into the other inside the shelves insert points. If stuff isn't lining up push/wiggle posts and use your palm or fist to pound the plastic shelf down untill the holes align. Resist the temptation to get a hammer or mallet.Enjoy your cart. I've demo'd many and this one really is the best and can be used for so much and at this price point is a no brainer for yourself or a gift.New baby on the way? Get this.Need a medical cart to keep supplies for someone with a chronic Illness, get this.Pets? This would be great to hold treats, toys, supplies.Gardener? Artist? Hobbiest? Tinker? Taylor?This is the perfect all around use cart. You may find yourself buying more than one!

It is what I expected from the description. Took approximately 1 hour to assemble. Not certain I will use locking wheels for my use. I do like the wheels allowing it to turn multidirectional. Seems sturdy enough. Selected a cart for convenience of moving meals from kitchen to dining area instead of making several trips. Expect to use the top and middle trays primarily. I can see that if needed It will come in handy to use as just a cart as well. Due to the open hole shelves, I will be finding placemats or something similar to prevent spillage while moving any liquids such as soups, juice, water. So far it rolls easily on the wood floor, rugs, carpet.One specific feature that I appreciate is its height which keeps me standing up straight and not needing to lean while moving the cart, or placing and removing items on the top shelf. I had almost selected other style carts but realized I wanted a handle and a taller cart. It works fine for my initial purpose and I can see it will be handy for other movement of items when needed. I will check the load capacity for any potential weight restrictions, since it is plastic and not metal construction. I do not anticipate placing extremely heavy items on it anyway, so I believe it will work fine for my needs..

This works great as a hemiplegic aid. My husband is disabled, he only has use of one hand/arm and he walks with a pronounced limp. Each morning he cooks breakfast in the kitchen and either waits for me to wake up or he transports it himself piece by piece into the study where he prefers to eat it. First the plate of food, then the coffee half full then back for the juice glass half full. I was looking for something that rolls easily and can be guided with just one hand, and this cart works perfectly. Now the coffee and juice can be filled to the top and this cart makes the transition from hardwood flooring to carpet without spilling a drop. It does require two hands for assembly, and I needed all of my 69 year old strength to push the pieces together because it is machined to a very tight tolerance, which is good. It will never fall apart. It comes with all tools required for assembly. One of the nuts was bent, but it came with an extra nut and screw so there was no problem. If you have a loved one or friend with a handicap, consider this cart.
