I know this is a little superficial, But the fact that it's not shiny tinfoil color makes it less noticeable/tacky. It was easy to install, and seems strong. Definitely improved my dryer's ventilation and efficiency.

Used this to transition from dryer to metal adapter about one foot away, not in line with dryer outlet. The flexibility of the section I cut to fit this scenario made it easy in a laundry closet with barely enough room for the washer and dryer.

I bought this to replace an old foil vent tube that was leaking. This is a much better quality with the outer wrap protecting the foil tube.

Great quality, sure it will last a long time, however, not a true four inch hose. Just a little shy of four inches. I had to make a cut to get over dryer exhaust and outside dryer vent.
