Well the metal is thin but I've used them for some time now from fridge to oven to tray & they're holding up.They're good, but don't bang them around

I thought the pans were aluminum cause a magnet doesn't stick, but they are probably 18-8 stainless steel as magnets won't stick to that. Sorry about the other review where I said they were aluminum. I think I was wrong
