I really love dragonflies so when I saw these I decided they were a perfect fit for our more casual family room lamps. Unscrewed the old finials and these threaded right on in there place. They're brass finished, but I think they're just cast pot metal with a antique brass finish. Doesn't really matter but for those looking for solid brass these are not that. At $8 for two they are an extremely good value for the money. Quality wise they looks great, seem to be well casted so in the non-stress function of holding a lamp shade on I think they will function fine for a lifetime.Overall very happy with the product and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Absolutely delightful! These are such a nice finishing touch and great for breathing new life into an old lamp. They simply screw on and look great! I would not hesitate to buy these again and will probably purchase a set for my sister as well. They are a great value!

This is a nice looking set. Up close you can see the casting marks. Plus they feel delicate. Very nice set.

I like the look of these finals, I was going to put them on a stained glass lamp that I have, they would have been perfect. The issue I have is that the screw that I have on the lamp is larger so these wouldn't work. I thought the .24" thread opening would be large enough but not even close. They did work on one of my lamps that has smaller sized threads on the harp. They are nice finials, just be careful what size threads you have on your lamp.

These dragonfly brass finials are so cute! I originally ordered these to put on top of a couple of table lamps we have. While I was taking pictures of them for this review, I realized how cute these would look as ‘shelf sitters’. We have started putting out our Christmas decorations and putting our regular stuff away. We also put our tree up in the entry way so I can’t show them on the shelves where I now think I am going to put them. I like these so much I am considering starting a collection of finials! Please excuse the package inspector who checks everything that comes into the house. :-)

Fits fine on a lamp harp, 1/4 inch. Unfortunately I needed to fit an older lamp that had 1/2 inch rod. This is stated that fits 1/4 clearly, it was my mistake. Is a very attractive Finial but is described as Antique Metal and I just figured would fit my antique lamp, I assumed.......As I said fits harp fine and looks good on another lamp, like it lots better than the original finial. Threads easily, good weight and well made..... they warned me to check the size....
