I wanted to share a few photos of a canvas mid-project and finished. The paint by number part was more stylized than the sample image but I was still happy with the result. I added a handful of my own details to the final product to match the sample image a little better. A few tips that helped me out:- Save the image of the finished painting from the advertisement. The copy they sent with the canvas was tiny and basically useless.- Take a photo of the blank canvas before you paint. When I got confused about what color was where, that came in handy.I’m looking forward to trying the other canvas!

We got these for a girls night in; the lack was perfect. It came with everything we needed. They looked great when done!

So far I love this easy to use and it looks like I know how to paint. Just trying this as new hobby. I wanted to try it out to get used to the paint and texture so great for beginning and help with knowing composition.

These are very relaxing until you realize you can't paint worth a dime. They look really nice, though. The brushes work fine, but I do feel I need a thinner/smaller brush for the really small, fingernail sized sections, which there can be many of.Definitely a time eater, and will have you or the kids sitting for hours not realizing you only made it through about 3 numbers before you came back to reality. Super easy to use, and definitely fun and entertaining.

There are some pros and cons to this set. Pros: each canvas comes wrapped with it's own paints, brushes, hanging hardware and a color image of the finished product. Entertaining four people for 25 bucks is a pretty rare achievement these days so it's a good value. Cons: there is only one easel. The color image is so tiny, it's not much larger than a matchbox and is pixelated so you can even make a zoomed in color copy. The numbers on the painting are so tiny as to make a magnifying glass nearly essential. Recommended improvements: include an easel with each kit. Include a full size color color copy to work from and include some expanded details on a separate piece of paper of the really tiny and intricate parts of the painting. The brushes are small enough for the detail work but the largest brush is still quite small for painting large areas. Each picture will take hours to complete, so having a resealable ziploc-style bag to put the paints and brushes in would be appreciated. Small quality upgrades would make a difference and even if the price went up to $30 to cover the cost, it would still be a good value.

When I first saw these paint-by-number kits, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they are on canvas. Each picture comes with its own set of paints and brushes. A small picture is included as a reference, and an easel is also included to make painting easier. Each kit is individually wrapped, so there is no way to mix up the paints. The numbers are large enough for me to read with my reading glasses without straining. This is a great painting set for yourself or would make a lovely gift. I give it five stars.

The paint by numbers was fun to do with family. I love to see the final picture after color is added.
