We have these in a tight spot in our mud room. Makes a huge difference getting shoes off the floor and love how you can mount them to suit your needs. Did not find flimsy as others said in reviews. Used our own anchors.

I think the metal hooks themselves are fine my purposes. I just want to hang some slippers of these hooks, so they will carry very little weight; however, like others, I found the provided hardware is just not good enough. The hooks are not firmly attached to the wall after installation. Unhappily, I will have to attach the hooks some other way, such as molly bolts or a better kind of anchor..I would return these hooks and buy a hooks just like these hooks but with better hardware... but I can't find that alternative. Unless I can, I will keep them, buy my own replacement hardware.So for $10 for 4 hooks and bad hardware, this is an expensive purchase and is not value for money.Finally, I messaged the seller and the seller stated that they will, at some point in the future, provide larger screws. I can say that I have lots of spare screws and I tried a larger screws in their anchors, and that did not work. Like others, I suspect that their anchors are just really cheap.I eventually fixed the problem with a special kind of anchors. You can find them at Amazon as Self Drilling Drywall Plastic Anchors with Screws, Expansion Screws 40 Pieces (20 Pairs). Costs about $6. See attached image showing this anchor.Once I used these anchors - that I had to buy myself at additional expense - the hooks were very firmly attached. Of course, other different methods of attachment might also work, such as molly bolts. The point is that the anchors and screws that come with the product are just not good enough.UPDATESadly, I had to buy another set of these overpriced hooks. Overpriced or not, they remain the only hooks like this I can find, and I wanted to add at least one pair of hooks so I could store three pairs of shoes in a row.I had heard that the manufacturer might improve the hardware so that customers would not have to replace it. As far as I can tell, the provided hardware has not changed. Again I used high quality screw-in anchors instead of what was provided by the seller. Frankly, for a few pennies more, the seller could afford to provide proper anchors, especially at the prices he is charging. My guess is that China charges two or three dollars at most per a set of 4 hooks and the hardware, and probably it is cheaper than that.But again I will stay with the three stars. It is really hard to give it less than 3 stars when there is no alternative!

I was hoping to put these 6 inches above the floor for boots or shoes to hang on at the back door, but they were so small. They would never of held shoes or boots. Had to return them. They’re fine for little kids maybe size 4 or five shoe but that’s it.

Be prepared to buy your own hardware to mount. The screws are less then half inch long once you put them through the rack. the plastic anchors are twice that length. the screws barely even grip the anchors. Totally worthless screws even if you were screwing into a stud. The screw would most likely never reach the stud it is so short and small.

Image appears as if they are large hooks for adult shoes when in reality they are so small that only baby shoes could hang on them

These work, but they're just flimsy metal with tiny screws. The wall anchors included are a joke. Luckily I bought them just to hang my son's cleats in the garage. But, should I need more, I'll just go to the local hardware store and buy something that is better quality for less money.
