Much better fit than the cheap white Dorman product. I am sure it will last longer. The green plastic is not threaded. I put the plastic part in hot water and then ran the screw through the plastic piece before installation. I also put bees wax on the threads to keep it from binding. I had no trouble installing these. The size of the plastic piece looks very similar to the original and fits the rectangular hole well. Time will tell how long they will last.
