the beige one is a really nice and soft material, great for decorative shibari, the black one looks really pretty but not a good option for shibari, the knots damaged the material, I believe they work better for a single time use project.

I want to begin by saying: PLEASE LEARN PROPER SHIBARI TECHNIQUES as you can seriously harm your partner otherwise.I want to get started with tying up my partner during "spicy time". This rope set is honestly a nice way to get started with learning. It is soft to the touch and flexible so as to not be painful or harmful to your partner in an unsafe way. You get a nice length of rope and the inclusion of two different colors allows for creative visuals by the end.I do appreciate the inclusion of the cinch rope pair, but I don't see myself using them as I have cuffs for that.

I got these just as long ropes/cords. I now see that they are used for bedroom games. They are very soft, yet very strong, and will not catch or scratch your arms and hands while using. 2 long ropes, 32' each, with metal ends to keep from unraveling. There are also 2 short cords with double loops at each end, which is what tipped me off as to their planned use. Because of their soft finish, these ropes can easily slide around box edges, making tightening no problem.
