This worked even on my California bed frame that has metal legs ending in rollers. I saw from the seller's video that the item, which arrives as a hollow foam cylinder, can be cut or torn at the deep perforations into a long coiled strip that was easy to wrap around even a challenging shape. It is strong and stays in place, and will definitely give protection. The wrapping isn't pretty on my ugly bed feet, but I'm very pleased that it'll protect my toes from any future stubbs. Since my bed has a skirt that hides the legs (because they were unsightly to begin with), the final appearance doesn't matter to me. If it will installed on a bed with exposed legs, it would be better to cut the roll with scissors rather than tearing it. Since the hollow at the center of the uncut coil is only 9/16" in diameter, it would need to be uncoiled to fit over any bed leg that is wider than that. On a more straight-up-and-down leg, the coiled wrap of the protector would have some space between each coil would be much more attractive than what you see in my photo on my very challenging shape.

Easily one of the best things I've tried. Saves your toes from being bruised or broken when you hit them against the bed frame leg! Super easy to use and cushiony.

I just recently got a new bed that is lower to the ground for my fur babies but the metal legs have been BRUTAL to my toes everytime I make my bed. I was to excited to see these and they have saved my toes. When I received the package I was a little confused they came with a spiral slit in them and I had to rip them so they would wrap around my bed legs. Sometimes I felt like it was very hard to rip them. I realized it was easier to use scissors sometimes if I couldn't get it to tear. Other than that it has been a blessing!

I started shopping for black pool noodles that I would just cut to size. However black pool noodles are impossible to find - and when you do find something similar they cost a fortune. They also have the issue that they may not fit around all bed frames. These work great, and since they wrap around the frame you can use them on virtually any size post. They are black so they blend right in with the current frame and provide soft protection if you knock your foot against them. Don't get me wrong, if you take a big step into the frame it is still going to hurt - just not as much as an unprotected frame.

So these are really nice foam protectors. They kind of corkscrew on, which was pretty easy to do, but the only small complaint is that not all of the foam tears along the lines it is supposed to very easily. Other than that they have worked perfectly and have definitely made a difference already! I like that because of the way they are designed they are more flexible than the ones with a straight cut down one side

I recently purchased a metal bed frame which has two support legs on the side of the bed in the middle. While making the bed, I manage to hit it with my foot more times than I'd like to admit. This leg cover is made of foam and spiral "scored". You actually need to rip the foam along the scoring to separate the spiral to be able to place it on the bed leg. It only took a moment to do it, but the rip doesn't rip straight so you have a jagged edge on the inside portion of the protector. I deducted one star as I would have preferred if the spiral was already separated and the cover fully ready for install. My metal bed leg is wide so it needed two foam wraps to get the job done.
