Since I like to snorkel and travel, I needed something that did not weigh a lot but still helped me stay at depth. I filled it with rocks. There was enough pocket space to weigh me down. The zipper is the part that might break but seems sturdy enough for at least 20-40+ trips. The buckle was not put on correctly, easy fix, but the end of the belt goes between the belt and your body. But may not work if you were 30" or less around the waist.

I like the belt. It fits well and the pouches hold the amount of weight I want to carry. I have 5 pounds in each pouch (4 pouches). I think it would be tough to fit much more, and the zipper would probably work better if there were only 4 pounds in a pouch. The zipper is very poor quality and tough to use. Now that I have the pockets loaded and the thing all zipped up (difficult), I'll just be leaving it zipped. The buckle is also extremely poor quality, but it works. It's super thin and seems like it will break with too much use. If they improved the zipper and the buckle, I'd be willing to pay a lot more, because the design is good. Let's face it, we are divers, we are used to expensive equipment and we need gear that's not going to fail on us on a dive.

I am a light weight and will use this for snorkeling, not scuba diving. I snorkeled in waters that had a current that did not allow me to stay in one place easily so this will help me to video more comfortably and be still in one place once I put the adequate lead weight pouches in it.

I bought the 4 pocket works as expected.I have over 40 years of dive experience and if using for scuba diving you want to spread your weights out with some in the BCD , weights, back of tank and ankle weights. This will allow you as a diver to be trim in the water .

So overall I really like this belt! Especially since if you own a lot of soft weights, you can usually never use them on a weight belt. This is a really convenient fix for that problem. The pockets themselves have decent enough capacity. Though it always feels like it takes a little effort wherever you need to put your weights when getting ready for a dive. All of the cloth and zippers of the belt and the pockets seem quite solid and I have no concerns about them. However, I am a bit worried about the buckle itself. It seems just a bit more flimsy than those buckles usually are. Still, it certainly is able to operate just fine at the moment. It's just something I'll need to keep an eye on!So this is a fantastic option to have in your gear bag on a dive. I'd definitely recommend it especially if you have soft weights!

The main area for the weights is open on both ends and there are no pockets at all. The weights just fall out. The belt and main pocket are good quality but it doesn’t work as a weight belt. I will need to get it sewed which is frustrating.

Ease of use, large pockets to place lead weights or lead shot bags.
