I purchased plotter paper that states they are 36" rolls. The rolls are actually 35 7/8". When our perfectly fine printer did not print, we assumed our printer broke and purchased a brand new one for $3,000.00. When the new printer did not work, we were on the phone with the technician for 3 hours troubleshooting and that is when we found out the printer paper was not 36" rolls which was throwing off the lasers on the printer. Needless to say, we threw out a perfectly fine printer and purchased a new one for no reason. It was the paper all along. I reached out to the company and they did not care and will do NOTHING to resolve this issue.

The paper width is 35.75" wide and not a true 36" wide. The cardboard core extended out from one side of the paper and was slightly bent - making it difficult to fit on my spool. I cannot use it unless I wanted to waste a large amount of paper by printing it portrait instead of landscape. Bad quality all around.

I purchased 4 rolls of 36-inch paper which were poorly packaged (flimsy shipping box and missing tube end caps). 2 rolls were damaged (see picture) that could not be used. I tried calling the manufacturer as they noted in amazon return procedures to see if I could get two replacement rolls sent. I never received a call back. I also tried texting them (as the manufacturer recommended) with no response. At no point could I get ahold of anyone to request a replacement.

The advertised paper width is 36". In reality the width is 35.6". This small difference in width cripples the printer cartridge which is instructed to move 36".Very bad. I can not use the paper for printing. It hurst the printer.
