As with any part like this, first warning is measure! I bought a different set of bolts and nope, not even close and a weird thread. These fit perfectly, and are the proper thread with proper bolts. Brand new so they haven't seen too much weather. Seem to be decent quality, so we'll see how they hold up.

These are not capable of taking the correct torque specs trailer axle leaf springs require. They strip out long before you get close to the required torque. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and get good ones. Your boat or four wheeler ect will thank you when it’s not upside down in the ditch because of U bolt failure.

As my headline says this is a nice set of stainless U Bolts. I liked that it came with stainless lock nuts instead of lock washers. I have more confidence in lock nuts than regular nuts and lock washers. I do not hesitate to recommend these U Bolts.

Seems there were metric nuts sent with these 1/2-13 u-bolts. Nuts screwed on smooth then locked down and ripped the threads off. Ended up chasing threads and buying 1/2-13 nuts from local part store for them to work.

looked perfect for what i needed.unfortunately the nuts locked up half way down.had to cut off and use differents nuts on the one i had left.by american

I got these to use for attachments to my trailer's tongue. The work great and are high quality. First of all, they are true stainless steel! I have ordered other products that use that description but weren't. The lock nuts are a good feature also.
