I had very high expectations for these bolts, especially for a $15 kit, and all the boxes were checked.1) well machined -- check2) high quality stainless steel -- check3) appropriate weight -- checkThese are equal to anything you'll find in a big box store but for a bit less. Recommended.

Summary: Ordered these to mount additional accessories to a cross bar rack I just added to my 2014 Mazda 3. These bolts are offered in 3 sizes, M6, M8 and M10. This review is for the M8. The pictures seem like the stated dimensions of 63.5mm (inner), as compared to the 100mm height seems off.Observations: This company offers 80 products, with only a couple of "square bolt" offerings. About half the offerings are stainless steel, so higher confidence that the thread fit & finish will be acceptable.Conclusion: At $17 for 8 sets (square bolt, spacer plate, 2 nuts/washer), that's $2/set, rating this 4-stars for now, and will update once I measure/confirm the stated dimensions.

These square U-bolts are very large and sturdy! They are being used to hold a large roof rack onto a smaller roof rack bar that's on top of a UTV and they're working out very well. I will update this review if they vibrate loose or otherwise fail, but my initial use for them is working out great! Good quality. No steel burrs.
