It's not often one may run across the need for this type of wrench but it is good to have for emergency situations. As the description says it can an be applied to electric, water, gas, train, spigots, elevator and so on requiring the 4-sided type socket. The four different sides on this wrench make it additionally handy. Comes with a keychain and ring for attachment to your belt loop or other to keep track of it. Wrench is solid and has a good finish that looks like it will hold up to rust well. For the regular homeowner this wrench is good to have, just in case.

This set of two sillcock keys is very helpful in case of emergency in the city where many water spigots are locked and require this kind of tool to use. These are of very nice quality and machined well. I'm very happy with the quality and that they are super affordable. I highly recommend these for "urban" preparedness situations.
