Comes with both plastic sticky tabs and the plastic inserts that attach to the blind slats and to the traveler. In my experience, the blind slats themselves are quite fragile, so the sticky tabs are what I really need; the inserts fail less often, although it's good to have spares.There are no instructions, but attaching the sticky tabs couldn't be easier. I used one on each side of the slat for sturdiness (not sure it's necessary, but I over-engineer). My slats were textured, not smooth, so the sticky tabs (which are transparent) adhere to the bumps on the slats, not so much in the valleys (see my photo). But they seem to have stuck well enough.Recommended.
