Bought these garden clips for bird netting I was putting around apricot and almond trees. Worked fantastic. Great strength for holding, gathered netting to branches without harming branch. Got extreme test the next day with 45 mph winds, and gusts up to 60. Clamps held great. Only failure, two branches broke, but the clips held on.Also use to cover some plants to protect from cold and hold down some cold frame plastic.Great value. Will buy more. Well made, will last many seasons.

These clips are very strong and work way better than clothes pins for holding together the cloths I put over my plants for frost protection. They were received very quickly.

I had high hopes for these to be used on low tunnels and garden netting. They're lightweight, have a decent grip and holding power. However there is one design flaw that will prevent me from using them for their intended purpose. The edges which would touch where it meets the area you are clamping to (plastic sheeting or netting in the case of tunnels or covers) are in the circular gap and are sharp. Therefore, in strong winds or even just over time in the sun, they would likely cut what you're clamping to the structure. That's a great swing but a miss nonetheless. If they fixed that one issue these would be great!
