I chose this one because it looks similar to the one I needed to replace which I had for over 10 years in my basement. It was easy to install especially since connecting to the main pipe was already done so the rest of the connection was simple. I recommend you watch some YouTube videos if it’s your first time. I’m not a plumber so that’s what I did and the videos were helpful and I was able to do it myself. It’s only been a couple of months but I have no complaints. The noise level on this one is actually quieter. I like the simple design and function. The components are a good strong quality and I believe it’s a good value for what you get.

This was for our basement’s bathroom because our old one went out and we decided to renovate the bathroom and get a new one. So far so good.

The previous noisy monstrosity that I had in the basement started acting up and had to be ditched. This is slightly smaller, more powerful unit, perhaps it's way more than needed in my circumstances, but it's a plus.My only gripe was with out-of-date instructions. The version I got has air vent built in. The previous or other modifications have different layouts, so look at the markings carefully. There are plenty (more than I need) inflows, and only one outflow is really needed. The seller was responsive to the inquiry.Install was easy. Took a few hours, had to redo the plumbing a bit, compared to the legacy unit.

I bought 2 of these because of the reasonable price. I would not buy again. the first one stopped working within a month of installation. Customer service was good the refunded the purchase price with not a lot of problems.

This pump is identical to a Vevor brand pump that failed after 5 months in my basement shower application. There a few minor cosmetic differences on the case. It has the same dimensions, inlet and outlet locations, come with the same fittings and has the same internals as a Vevor brand pump. Buyer beware.

I have had this pump installed in my basement for about 3 months. The pump runs fine and works well for 2 sinks and a bathtub but it does not chop toilet paper from the commode very well. Every 2 weeks I need to open the top of the pump and clean the intake pipe out so the toilet does not back up. I bought this pump for 1/4 the price of the original saniflo pump that I needed to replace. I never even looked at the saniflo for 8 years while it worked and now it takes a fair amount of tinkering to keep the toilet flushing properly. You get what you pay for. This pump will work but it not a saniflo.
