I have always hated the old style rubber tires that needed constant inflating and replacing. They dry rot easy too. I tried these airless ones on my 2 wheel dolly after my last set just rotted away in the garage. The airless are a little less bouncy for sure, but they aren’t necessarily hard either. We are renovating our house and used the dolly with these wheels to move our washer and dryer and cabinets around, without scuffing my wife’s fancy Italian stone tile. Stone shouldn’t scratch easy, but it’s pretty glossy, so it’s easy to mar the finish. I was of course careful I didn’t scratch the metal from the dolly onto the floors, but neither did the tires leave a scuff or a mark either. The tires installed easy too, pulled the old pin out with pliers, swapped old tire with new, insert new pin, and bend. These are inexpensive, functional replacement tires for a dolly/cart. I’m definitely happy and will be keeping them.

Bearings seem to be well lubricated and higher quality than most -- only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars is 1) they are kind of rotationally wonky, doesn't really matter as they are not high speed wheels but still.... quality control matters, and 2) I would have designed them with larger ID bearings such that a tube with a ~5/8" ID could be pressed through the centers of both bearings, allowing one to tighten a 5/8" bolt against the rim of the tube without damaging the bearings; this would allow installation into threaded holes using just a bolt, instead of thru holes with multiple nuts. Also, I would have put a spacer between the outer races of the bearings for durability esp with regard to axial forces. These are constructed like most wheels of this type, but I would have paid a little more for these minor improvements.

Had a two wheel dolly with flat tires. Now I have a two wheel dolly with never flat solid tires. Making a less than usefull tool into a highly usefull tool once again. Easy to swap out the tires and install the new ones. A pair of needle nose pliers and a thin screwdriver to pry out the old cotter pins is helpful. Then installing the new cotter pins do not forget to bend the ends, or else you will lose your tires when zig zag.

The tires on my portable generator kept going flat so I purchased these flat-free tires to solve that issue. They roll easy and look nice too. Now I wonder why I waited so long!

I like the fact that I never have to worry about a flat tire with wheels. Fit and installed as expected. Recommend the purchase of this product as a replacement wheel for your hand truck

Easy to install. A short piece of 2X4 and a hammer knocked the old tires and the retainer clips right off. Didn't have to fuss with any special tools New tires were able to be installed fast. Do not be too hasty. Remember the washers. Have used the hand truck several times. Tires do not squish out. They keep their form even over bumps or uneven ground. I am very happy!
