These are not regular elbow wraps. Goblin Gear's 4x Super Heavy Duty Strength Elbow Wraps are engineered for the heaviest of lifts. These wraps are stiff, thick, and powerful. When in use, our elbow wraps provide a 4x greater elasticity and power output than regular traditional elbow wraps. For reference, we recommend a minimum bench press of 250lbs when using these 4x strength grade elbow wraps.

Each model has its own separate listing (THIS MODEL: 4x Super Heavy Duty). Let’s help you understand the main differences between both models.
4x Super Heavy Duty
Goblin Gear's 4x Super Heavy Duty Elbow Wraps are designed for serious lifters/powerlifters looking to boost their strength and power during heavy compound movements such as the bench press. These elbow wraps are 4x more elastic and thicker than regular ones, providing significantly more support around the elbow joint and enhancing explosive power output. Recommended for lifters bench pressing 250lbs and higher, these wraps may feel stiffer initially due to their increased thickness and support. However, when applied correctly, they offer quadruple-grade elasticity during use. While users can wrap their elbows alone using 4x Strength, it's recommended to watch our instructional video or have a partner assist for a full 100% tightness and strength around the elbows. Correct application can lead to up to a 20lb increase in maximum bench press strength. For first time elbow wrap users, we recommend using our 2x Super Heavy Duty Strength Elbow Wraps first, then moving to 4x when needed.
2x Super Heavy Duty
Our premium 2x Strength elbow wraps are the perfect blend between versatility, comfort, and support while still giving the user up to a 10% increase in power and strength while performing compound moments such as the bench press. These wraps are perfect for all weight types and are more stretchy and provide an easier self application process over the 4x Strength. If you have never used elbow wraps before, we highly recommend choosing this option due to its versatility and ease of self application. Goblin Gear’s 2x Super Heavy Duty Elbow Wraps are 2x more elastic and thicker than regular elbow wraps, giving the user 2x more support to their elbow joint and 2x the performance output when in use.

I got the white camo wraps, they look good and they work great. They are definitely quality wraps and I had followed their Instagram and let them know I had put an order in and they were super quick to respond and make sure I was pleased with my order. All I can say is that I definitely don’t regret my purchase and in the future if I need some new wrist wraps I’ll be getting them from goblin gear too.

This product is so good it’s the absolute best wraps I’ve ever used and I’ve used a lot in my time of lifting. I went up 40 pounds in my bench in about 3ish week's (225-245-265) and I was so surprised on how good it really was. I LOVE this product. Cant wait to buy what’s to come

MY ELBOW WRAPS CAME WITH A RUST STAIN AND LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE USED WHEN I OPENED THE PACKAGE THAT WAS THE ONLY PROBLEM THE WRAPS ARE GOOD BUT ITS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND LOOKS LIKE HORRENDOUS CAUSE MY WRAPS ARE STAINED

This product has been amazing. I love the design but the performance is even better. The elasticity makes me feel way more explosive especially when I bench press and would definitely recommend trying out!

Bought these elbow wraps for my boyfriend who’s really big into the gym. He’s used elbow wraps before from another brand but nothing even close to what these wraps do. He was able to hit a bench press PR 15lbs heavier than his last one and couldn’t believe it. He said these elbows wraps were so much thicker and more powerful/elastic than his old ones. Very happy with this purchase, comes with a nice bag too!
