1.The charger is not suitable for your electric bike.

3. IF The green light is on when the power is plugged in, but after connecting the electric bike, the green light will not turn into red, but still on green, and the charger does not work. It is because that the positive and negative(+/-) connector of our charger does not correspond to the positive and negative(+/-) connector of your scooter, and there is no power to your scooter.you can try to connect the charger to your scooter from different interfaces
4. If there was a green light when the power was plugged in. After connecting the electric bike, the light went out, it is because the internal short circuit of the electric bike, which causes the charger self-protection function.you'd better check your electric bike battery,and replace the battery.

Perfect budget 36v charger. It has 3 of the most common plugs . Two amp charger is on the higher side considering price most very cheap ones are 1 to 1.5 amp so that's a plus. Charger has been going strong for few months now multiple charges a day .if your in the market for a cheap 36v charger I recommend this one to
